Cihan University-Duhok, in cooperation with the Association of Political Science Academics in Duhok, is holding a forum entitled "Reading About the Kurdish Regions Outside the Administration of the Kurdistan Region" in the presence of (Dr. Zeravan Abdulmohsen Asaad) the President of Cihan University-Duhok ,and Mr. (Dzhwar Faeq) the Adviser to the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government for the Kurdish regions outside the administration of the region. And with the participation of a number of researchers, academics, university professors and specialists.
