Based on the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Zakat Al-Ilm Foundation at Cihan University-Duhok and the Summel District Directorate, a specialized training course to develop computer skills and expertise was launched on June 29, 2026, for a number of women, students, and graduates, in coordination with the Summel Sports and Youth Center and the Kurdistan Women's Union - Summel.

The course is conducted by specialized computer science lecturers, (Lecturer Shaimaa Ismail) and (Lecturer Dozdar Mahdi), and will run for a duration of (two weeks).

The course aims to enhance the practical and hands-on skills of the participants in the following key pillars:

- Microsoft Word: For document creation, editing, and formatting.

- Microsoft Excel: For data management, calculations, and statistical analysis.

- Microsoft PowerPoint: For creating professional and advanced presentations.
