On 1th April 2021 The Research Center at Cihan University-Dohuk held International Workshop this workshop  will be from (Apr 1, 2021 to Apr 11) and the duration of each workshop will be for 3 hours, in the presence of Dr. Zeravan Abdulmohsen Asaad the President of Cihan University, entitled (International Experiences in E-Learning in light of the Corona Pandemic), which contributed to explain the most prominent experiences in distance education in different countries such as Iraq, Bahrain, the Emirates, and Palestine, and what were the challenges faced in those countries in a light of this pandemic?
The main speakers were
- Prof. Dr. Alaa Al-Hamami, Dean of the British University from Bahrain.
- A. M. Dr.. Omar El-Ashary, College of Administration and Economics, University of Baghdad, and a member of the Ministerial Team for E-learning at the Ministry of Higher Education in Baghdad.
- Professor Muhammad Al-Afifi, from the University College of Applied Sciences in Gaza, Palestine, and a consultant to the United Nations.
- Professor Rana Jassim Hammoud, Al Wasl University in Dubai, UAE and an international trainer.
The workshop was attended by many scientific and academic staff from different countries and there was a great interaction between the speakers and the participants.
The session was moderated by Dr. Nawar Al-Saadi, Director of the Research Center at the university.
