On June 30, 2026, as part of the ongoing activities of the "Zakat Al-Ilm" (Knowledge Zakat) institution for community awareness and development, a seminar was conducted at Cihan University-Duhok. The seminar was presented by Prof. Dr. Bayar M.Rasheed Omer, Vice President of the University, under the title "Who is the Intellectual?", in the presence of university faculty members and staff.
