Cihan University – Duhok Strengthens International Academic Cooperation

Cihan University – Duhok reaffirms its commitment to supporting the participation of its faculty and staff in international programs and conferences. Under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsin Asaad, the university continues to emphasize the importance of academic and scientific engagement and the development of staff expertise in line with international standards.

In response to an invitation from the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in the Kurdistan Region, Assist. Prof. Dr. Reber Hussein Yousif, Dean of the College of Law, represented the university in the International Program on “Combating Sports Doping in Developing Countries” held in China from 9 to 24 September 2025.

This valuable participation reflects Cihan University – Duhok’s ongoing initiatives to exchange knowledge and experiences with leading academic and research institutions worldwide. It also aligns with the university’s broader mission to enhance the academic, research, and professional capacities of its faculty, staff, and students across diverse fields, including science, economics, commerce, and professional development.
