The workshop covered various topics presented by outstanding students from the department. Sidra Qais highlighted the process of generating a successful project idea by identifying skills and capabilities, and subsequently developing solutions for existing problems or addressing market needs and shortages.
Naveen Dilshad discussed the importance of conducting a preliminary study for the project, which involves estimating initial costs, determining required resources, and exploring funding opportunities necessary for project success. Chuli Shaaban and Maivan Moussa delved into the detailed feasibility study, providing a thorough analysis of project details supported by numerical data. They examined market dynamics, product demand, and future prospects.
Concluding the workshop, Suhaib Tatar shared strategies for effective project management and closure, emphasizing the importance of planning and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. The workshop witnessed active participation from both students and faculty members of the Department of Business Administration. Engaging interventions and inquiries enriched the workshop's scientific content, ultimately achieving its objectives successfully.
