A workshop was presented to Cihan University - Duhok employees included two sections, the first section presented by lecturer (Mr. Shivan Abdulrahman Jameel) entitled (Leadership in Organizations) and the second section assistant lecturer (Nechirwan Burhan Ismael) entitled (The role of accounting in the organization).

The first section of the workshop included (Providing employees with experiences and skills in using the art of leadership in their work, getting acquainted with the concept of leadership and administrative leadership, and the distinction between leader and manager. As well as learning about methods, sources and modern theories in leadership. In order to urge them on how to influence others and direct them towards achieving the determined goals).

The second section of the workshop included (Role of accounting to improve the organization and how the principal of it impact the organization, however, the kind of companies and the best one for investment includes the single company, personal company, and stock company).
