On Wednesday, July 24th, 2024, within the (Zakat Al-Ilm) programs at Cihan University - Duhok, the training and educational course continues for the inmates of the Reformatory for Juvenile and Women in Duhok, which was organized by the Faculty of Law at Cihan University - Duhok in cooperation with the Independent Commission for Human Rights in Duhok, where a seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Ismail Ababakir Bamarni on (domestic violence), its causes and methods of treatment.
