On July 6, 2026, within the framework of the ongoing projects and activities of the "Scientific Zakat" foundation at Cihan University-Duhok, Dr. Mahmoud Murad Ibrahim, a lecturer in the Law Department, delivered a seminar aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the Ministry of Interior personnel in Duhok Governorate. The seminar was titled: "The Disciplinary System of the Internal Security Forces and its Impact on Enhancing Security Capabilities."
