The Research Center at Cihan University of Duhok holds an international online Webinar entitled "Enabling Research and Innovation Culture, Raising the Bar and Meeting the Challenge" on the Google platform which is hosted by Dr. Nizar AL Bassam, Director of the Center of Research at the Middle East University in the Sultanate of Oman, and a prominent member of IEEE.  His research interests focus on information technology and communication systems and he has published more number of papers and received many international awards.
The session will be conducted by Dr. Nawar Al-Saadi, Director of the Research Center at our University.
