The Kurdistan Regional Government's Minister of Education, Dr. Alan Hama Saeed, and the President of Cihan University-Duhok met today to discuss the state of education in the region and strengthen collaboration between higher education institutions and the Ministry of Education.  The meeting, held at Cihan University-Duhok on June 2nd, 2024, included a delegation from the Duhok Provincial Directorate of Education. Discussions focused on enhancing teachers' educational and instructional skills through the establishment of training courses.   A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Cihan Universities Secretariat and the Ministry of Education to formalize this cooperation.
