On 31st of July, 2024, the Duhok Office of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in Duhok held a workshop on the (Iraqi Programmers Syndicate) Law.  Both the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Cihan University - Duhok, Asst. Prof. Dr. Reber Hussein Yousef) and Mr.  (Bilal Hikmat Rashid), Head of the Department of Computer Science at Cihan University - Duhok, and a number of specialists in the field of programming and computers, and in the presence of Mr. (Rizkar Khaled Saleh), Director of the Office of the Council of Representatives, and a number of office employees.  The participants came up with several recommendations that would show this law in a legal and professional form.
