On March 7th 2024, the Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, Mr. Saif Saad Ahmad participated in a workshop on “Developing Standards and Guidelines for quality assurance for universities in Kurdistan Region in light of ESG standards” at (Teşik International University) in Erbil. The workshop was exciting and promising for the future of education at the universities of Kurdistan Region. 

The workshop included stimulating discussions on applying ESG principles in higher education, with broad participation of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Kurdistan Region and other officials. Concentrating on enhancing excellence and applying quality standards in the universities of Kurdistan Region, which is a reason for optimism to push forward positive change in educational institutions.
