In the context of strengthening relations with academic and scientific bodies and for the purpose of scientific and cultural exchange and holding projects, workshops and scientific conferences in the future, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at our university, Dr. Reber Hussein Yousef, visited the Law Research Center at the Ministry of Justice, where received by the director of the center, Professor Dr. Muhammad Suleiman Al-Ahmad.  During this meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed with the Center to provide the library of Cihan University - Duhok with valuable publications issued by the Legal Research Center under the patronage of the Minister of Justice, Mr. First Ahmed. On the other hand, the two parties agreed to establish scientific projects in the near future.
