On April 20, 2026, the College of Nursing at Cihan University-Duhok conducted a scientific visit to the College of Nursing at the University of Duhok, under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Dr. Layla M. Salih. Upon arrival, the delegation was received by the Dean of the College at the University of Duhok, Dr. Ahmed M. Salih, along with the Assistant Dean, Dr. Ayob Abid.
During the visit, students were given a comprehensive tour of the college’s facilities, including the nursing laboratories, anatomy laboratory, microbiology laboratory, chemistry laboratory, computer laboratory, and the library. The visit concluded with a meeting between the academic staff of both institutions, during which potential avenues for collaboration and academic partnership between the two universities were discussed.
