Today on (Oct 24, 2023) in the presence of the head of departments and lecturer a symposium entitled (Features and Use of the JASP Statistical Program), was presented by the (Asst. Prof. Dr. SAAD AHMED ALNUAIMI) from the Department of Business Administration, Where it has been explained about Statistics is a science used to understand and analyze data in a systematic and precise manner. Traditional statistics have long relied on expensive and complex software that requires advanced analytical skills. However, with the advancement of technology, it has become possible to provide powerful and user-friendly statistical software.
One such modern statistical software is JASP. JASP stands for "Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program" and is an open-source, free, and user-friendly program developed to meet the needs of researchers and statistical analysts.
