A symposium titled: Fat-Soluble Vitamins
Today on (Oct 24, 2023) in the presence of the head of departments and lecturer a symposium entitled (Fat-Soluble Vitamins ), was presented by the (Asst. Lect. Ava Hamdi Saeed) from the Department of Medical Laboratory, Where it has been explained about Fat-soluble vitamins, including A, D, E, and K, dissolve in fat and are stored in the body. They play vital roles in immune function, bone health, and protection against cell damage. Unlike water-soluble vitamins, they can be stored in the body for longer periods. Balancing these vitamins in the diet is crucial for overall health. fat-soluble vitamins are indispensable for our health, aiding in immune support, bone strength, and cell protection. These vitamins, including A, D, E, and K, are stored in the body's fat tissues and require a balanced diet for optimal well-being. At the end of the symposium, a set of questions and answers were raised on this subject.
