The Department of Psychology, the College of Pharmacy and the Department of Pathological Analysis in a joint scientific symposium:

On 19th February 2024 with the aim of presenting a joint activity between the university departments, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Zirvan Abdul Mohsen Asaad, President of Cihan University-Dohuk. The departments of General Education - Psychology Branch, in coordination with the College of Pharmacy and the Department of Pathological Analysis, presented a scientific symposium entitled (Mental illnesses between the influence of hormones and drug treatment)
With the participation of:
- Dr. Ronak Siddiq - College of Pharmacy, on: “The role and effect of medications on psychological diseases”.
-  Dr. Kajin Hassan - Department of Pathological Analysis, on: “The effect of hormones on psychiatric patients.”
- Mr. Araz Adel - Department of General Education, Psychology Branch, on: Psychological disorders regarding causes and treatment.
At the conclusion of the symposium, many questions and discussions were raised between the lecturers and the audience, with the hope of more joint activities between the different departments of the University.
