Under the continuous guidance of Assist. Prof. Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsen Assad, President of Cihan University-Duhok, and within the framework of the "Zakat Al-Ilm" Foundation program, a specialized training course in (English Language and Technology) was launched today, July 19, 2026, for the employees of the Directorate General of Culture and Arts in Duhok Governorate.
