Cihan University-Duhok Discusses the Proposal of Iraqi Sports Clubs The Faculty of Law at Cihan University-Duhok, in cooperation with the Duhok Office of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, held a dialogue session this Sundy, 11.08.2024, on the proposed law (Iraqi Sports Clubs), in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Cihan University-Duhok, Assistant Professor Dr. Reber Hussein Youssef, Dr. Diyar Tayeb Barwari, former Vice Chairman of the Sports and Youth Committee in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, the Director of Duhok Sports and Youth, the heads of sports clubs in Duhok, academics specializing in sports, and a number of professors from the Faculties of Law and Physical Education at Duhok University.  At the beginning of the session, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Cihan University-Duhok welcomed the attendees, and some points related to the law were addressed, and legal and linguistic observations and special recommendations for the proposed law were made.
