Free English Course for 65 Young People by Science Zakat Foundation

Following the recommendations of Prof. Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsen Asaad, President of Cihan University–Duhok, the Science Zakat Foundation, in cooperation with the Duhok Directorate of Youth and Sports, launched a free English course for 65 young men and women.

The course started on July 20, 2025, and aims to help participants improve their English for better study and job opportunities.

It is led by Assistant Lecturer Husam Nazar Rashid from the English Department and includes daily lessons for one week, during which different methods of learning English will be clearly explained to the participants.
