On July 9, 2026, within the framework of the Scientific Zakat Foundation activities at Cihan University-Duhok, the closing ceremony of the computer training course was held, and certificates were distributed to the participants.

The course was organized based on the memorandum of understanding signed between the University and the Semel District Directorate, in coordination with the Semel Sport and Youth Center.

The course launched on June 29, 2026, targeting a number of women, students, and graduates. It lasted for two weeks and was delivered by specialized instructors (Ms. Shaima Ismail) and (Ms. Dozdar Mahdi). The program aimed to advance the practical and hands-on skills of the participants in the following core modules:

Microsoft Word: For document creation, formatting, and text processing.

Microsoft Excel: For data handling and statistical analysis.

Microsoft PowerPoint: For designing professional presentations.
