A seminar presented by the Peshmarga General (Bahram Arif Yaseen) at Cihan University-Duhok with the presence of Dr.Luqman M.Salih the vice of the University President, talking about all the struggling fights ISIS and overcome them to protect our Kurdistan Region of Iraq. General Bahram also confirmed that the students' weapon is their Knowledge and Education to serve the society besides their Peshmarga Brothers.
