Thursday, 18.11.2021, Dr. Nawar Al-Saadi, Director of the Research Center at our university, participated in the international conference held in Erbil by the United Nations UNICEF, in the presence of experts from the World Bank and Oxford University, with a delegation from the Federal Government in Baghdad headed by Dr. Mahdi Al-Alaq Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, in addition to the undersecretaries of each of the Ministry of Finance, Planning, Labor, Education and Commerce.

For two days, five sessions ended with an analysis of the financial situation in Iraq and the redistribution of expenditures in a way that supports the health and education sectors and the social protection network, especially the children segment, to reach the correct human investment in the future.
