On July 17th, 2024, Dr. Reber Hussein, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Cihan University-Duhok, and Mr. Dler Abdullah, Representative of the Independent Commission for Human Rights in Duhok, visited the Rehabilitation Directorate in Duhok. During this visit, a law training course for women was held, in addition to an English language course for teenagers, to enhance legal awareness and language skills among members of society.  It is worth noting that two lectures were given to the participants in this course:  1.
