On May 24, 2026, in the presence and under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Zeravan Abdulmohsen Assad, President of Cihan University-Duhok, the "3rd Annual Conference for the Best Seminar Presentation for First-Stage Students" was officially conducted. This event comes within the framework of supporting scientific debates and elevating the students' academic levels.

To manage and supervise this competition, a specialized committee of experts was appointed to evaluate the students' seminars, which witnessed intense competition among the participants on how to present the best topics.

The conference highly emphasized the following key pillars:

🔹 Developing and showcasing public speaking skills, presentation techniques, and the art of elocution.
🔹 Adhering to the guidelines, scientific procedures, and tools that the first-stage students studied in the "Academic Debate" course.
🔹 Evaluation Criteria: The supervising committee's evaluation was based on (10) core standards, including: body language, the use of technology, subject content, classroom control, and information delivery skills.
