Today the 26th of February 2018 and in the presence of Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsin the university president and Dr. Luqman Mohammed Salih the Vice President and a number of university professors, staff, head of departments, and students, university of Cihan - Duhok hosted a seminar presented by Ms. Najeeba Najeeb the member of the Iraqi parliament under the title of “Iraqi federal government’s budget law program and the issues and problems related to the Kurdistan’s portion of the general budget”.
