Cihan University – Duhok Continues Its International Presence through Participation in a Prestigious International Conference in the People’s Republic of China

As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing academic and scientific presence at the international level, and with direct support from Prof. Dr. Zirvan Abdulmohsin Asaad, President of Cihan University – Duhok, Mr. Farhang Saman, Director of Accounting at the university, participated in a distinguished international conference titled:

“Development, Production Advancement, and Market System Construction in Developing Countries”,

held in the city of Wuxi, in the People’s Republic of China, during the period from July 9 to August 3, 2025.

This participation came as part of a new cohort of administrative and academic staff from higher education institutions in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. Cihan University – Duhok stands out as one of the proactive institutions striving to advance expertise through international cooperation and active participation in global academic forums.

The conference program also included field visits to several cities and specialized centers, offering participants a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insight into China’s pioneering efforts across various fields and sectors.
