On Wednesday, April 29, 2026,Within the framework of advancing scientific and academic relations, and with the aim of strengthening cooperation between corresponding departments, a delegation from Cihan University-Duhok—consisting of several heads of departments and lecturers in the fields of Nursing and English—visited Charstin Technical Institute. The delegation was warmly received by Dr. Bawar Shams Al-Din, Dean of the Institute.
