Today February 6th, 2024, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Zeravan Abdulmohsen Asaad, President of the University, and the participation of a number of professors, lecturer and students, the Department of General Education held a literary activity on (The Times of Arabic Poetry), which was presented by the student (Amin Ayman) in the third stage - the English language branch, He explained those times, such as the pre-Islamic era, the Islamic era, the Umayyad era, and the Abbasid era. Poems of praise and flirtation were presented at the symposium, with a comprehensive explanation of many of these poems.
