Under the continuous guidance of Prof. Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsen Assad, President of Cihan University-Duhok, and within the framework of the "Zakat Al-Ilm" Foundation program, the specialized training course in (English Language and Technology) continues its scheduled sessions for the employees of the Directorate General of Culture and Arts in Duhok Governorate.

The course is being conducted by:

Mr. Khalid Ibrahim (Technology and Artificial Intelligence Specialist - AI) / Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science

Mr. Mohammed Faisal (English Language Specialist) / Lecturer in the Department of General Education

As part of the ongoing training sessions, on July 22, 2026, Mr. Khalid Ibrahim delivered a dedicated lecture focusing on how to effectively manage social media accounts and technology, alongside best practices for account security and digital privacy protection.

Program Objective: To enhance the professional and technical capabilities of the directorate's staff, enabling them to perform their duties in a more modern, efficient, and secure manner.
