Today on (March 1, 2025) in the presence of the head of departments and lecturer a Workshop entitled (Healthy Fasting: Nutrition & Wellness Tips for Ramadan), was presented by (Dr. Kajeen Hassan Jasim) from the Medical laboratory department , Where it has been explained about, Fasting during Ramadan is a spiritual and physical journey that impacts overall health and well-being. This seminar, "Healthy Fasting: Nutrition & Wellness Tips for Ramadan," aims to provide practical guidance on maintaining a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and ensuring optimal energy levels while fasting. Topics will cover essential nutrients for Suhoor and Iftar, managing chronic health conditions during Ramadan, the importance of physical activity and sleep, and avoiding common dietary mistakes. Additionally, mental well-being strategies will be discussed to help individuals achieve a fulfilling and healthy fasting experience.
