Today on (Oct 2, 2023)  in the presence of the head of departments and lecturer a symposium entitled (Wasted resources), was presented by Professor (Dr. Talal Mahmood Kadawi) the head of the Accounting department, Where it has been explained about The world is witnessing an unprecedented surge in military spending.the total global spending on army in 2022 amounted to about 2.24    trillion dollar . It should be of great advantages for countries to direct their resources to social and economic purposes , At the end of the symposium, a set of questions and answers were raised on this subject
