Today on (Dec 12, 2022) In the presence of the head of departments and lecturer a symposium entitled (Tests to Measure Kidney Function, Damage and Detect Abnormalities) was presented by Assistant Lecturer (Ms. Kajeen Hasan Jasim) the head of the Medical Laboratory department, where it has been explained about Kidney function tests measure how efficiently your kidneys are working. Most of these tests check how well your kidneys clear waste from your system. A kidney test may involve a blood test, a 24-hour urine sample, or both. You usually have your test results the same day or within a few days. Renal functions test helps for the detection of kidney disease stage. When a person gets affected by any kind of disorder or disease, the kidneys inside his body get poorly affected. In this situation, different functions of the kidney get affected, which can be detected through the renal function test, at the end of the symposium a set of questions and answers were raised on this subject.
