A symposium entitled: Psychological Burnout
Today on (Dec 24, 2022) in the presence of the head of departments and lecturer a symposium entitled (Psychological Burnout), was presented by Assistant Lecturer (Ms. Wafaa Ali Kader) from the public education department, Where it has been explained about The term burnout is a relatively new term that was first coined by Herbert Freudenberger in 1974 in his book Burnout, defining it as “the extinction of motivation or motivation, especially when one’s dedication to a job or relationship fails to produce the desired results.” Burnout is a reaction to prolonged work stress. Or chronic and is characterized by three main dimensions, exhaustion, pessimism, and a sense of poor professional ability. More simply, if you have burnout syndrome or psychological stress, you will feel exhausted and begin to hate your job and feel your lack of work energy. However, there is still a great lack of awareness of burnout syndrome, which makes many people ignore it, so these are the types of burnout syndrome to know easier.
