Cihan University_Duhok in continuation of the presentation of the seminars by the professors:
On (12/9/2021), and in the presence of Assistant Professor (Dr. Bayar Mohamed Rashid Omar), the Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs, and with the participation of a number of heads of departments and professors, a symposium entitled (Physiognomy: The Language of the Eyes) was presented by the Assistant Professor ( Dr. Nowruz Ramadan Khalil) Head of the Department of English , where she explained how to analyze personality based on studies carried out by some psychologists and researchers on the close relationship between facial expressions and eyes in terms of their interactions and their connection together.  At the end of the symposium, a set of questions and answers were presented in relation to this topic.
