On January 29th, 2018 a delegation from the university of Zakho under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Sulaiman Safar, the dean of college of administration and economy alongside some distinguished professors visited Cihan University-Duhok and were welcomed by his excellency Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsin, the president of Cihan University-Duhok and Dr. Luqman Mohammed Salih, Vice president and the university council. The delegates of both universities emphasized on the continuation of the communication between both universities, exchange of knowledge, and improving the quality of education for students which were included in the agreement between both universities.
