On January 17th, 2018 his highness Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsin and in the presence of Dr. Luqman Mohammed Salih and some head of departments welcomed a delegation from Zanist Committee of Kurdistan Democratic Party which consisted of Mr. Ismael Simo the Head of the committee and some administrative staff of the committee. In this meeting, both sides expressed their delightfulness for such visits and emphasized on strengthening them. Also, the president of the university delivered a short speech about Cihan University mentioned the number of the departments and students on one hand. On the other hand, the students’ new academic study was also highlighted. He also stressed that it’s our responsibility to work towards the improvement of the students and the educational sector because they are the future of the country. Moreover, he stated that it’s of an immense importance that we carry out the national and cultural festivals because they are important in motivating our students and providing them with an appropriate atmosphere. Finally, the president of the university wished that both sides continue their exchanged visits and strengthen their fruitful communications.
