The training course (Preparing the Economic Feasibility Study) started at Cihan University - Duhok in cooperation with the Directorate of Investment of Duhok Governorate. 
On 06-28-2021, a lecture was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsen Asaad under the title (Personal Finance), The lecture focused on the financial literacy and the personal finance, which refers to the process of planning and managing personal financial activities such as income generation, spending, saving, investing and insurance, and also summarizing the process of managing personal financial affairs in the budget or financial plan using electronic software on smart devices such as mobile phones.
And the financial plan for personal is a roadmap for how to use the money to achieve the specific goals, noting that controlling expenditures is no less important than obtaining income.
