In this seminar we aim to provide an in-depth understanding of the anatomical pathways, etiologies, diagnostic challenges, and clinical management of these cases. The presentation will cover both central and peripheral causes, including neoplastic, infectious, inflammatory, vascular, and traumatic origins. Emphasis will be placed on syndromic patterns such as cavernous sinus syndrome, jugular foramen syndrome, and others that aid in anatomical localization. Diagnostic strategies, including neuroimaging and laboratory investigations, will be discussed alongside case studies to highlight real-world clinical scenarios, At the end of the symposium This seminar is designed to enhance clinical acumen in recognizing and managing these rare but critical presentations, ultimately aiming to improve patient outcomes through timely diagnosis and targeted interventions.
