On Saturday, 22nd- Feb. With the presence Vice president of Cihan University-Duhok (Prof. Bayar Mohammed Rashid) a group of department heads, teachers and students, Cihan University-Duhok organized several literary events to commemorate Mother Language Day, The library will continue for several days. Organization of a panel discussion for three people led by "Shiyan Mahdi Abdulrahman" (Head of Cihan Academy-Duhok) Panel guests: Teacher and researcher "Jamil Shelazi". Writer and researcher Hersh Kamal Rekani spoke about the role and importance of scholars and emirs of Bahdinan in Kurdish. University Professor "Raad Abdulmajid" talked about the topic (Kurdish Language in Iraq-Several Stations). Finally, Kurdish intellectual and writer (Musadeq Tovi) was awarded by the Presidency of Cihan University-Duhok. Thanks and information with university logos were presented to all three guest lecturers.
