On January 28, 2026, the College of Nursing organized a “Getting to Know Each Other” event aimed at fostering interaction between first-year students and students from other academic stages. The event commenced with a welcoming address by the President of the University, Dr. Zeravan Abdulmuhsen Asaad, who highlighted the importance of academic success and the students’ roles within the community. This was followed by speeches delivered by the Deans of the Colleges of Nursing and Pharmacy. Subsequently, senior students from other stages shared advice and experiences with the first-year students. The program also included a scientific competition, and the event concluded with a social gathering accompanied by refreshments.
