On 4/23/2021, the Head of the Department of Computer Science at Cihan University - Duhok, Dr. (Razwan M. Najimaldeen) at the international conference entitled:
.EDUCON2021 (IEEE Global Engineering Education Conference).
Which was held in Vienna-Austria through the (Meeting Zoom) platform.
Dr. Razwan M. Najimaldeen was chosen in the open dialogue session (Table Round) as one of the members those who have experience in the field of remote laboratories, especially with regard to the so-called global laboratory system. (VISIR System)
This system (VISIR) was discussed in terms of analysis according to (Analysis SWOT), and the possibility of implementing and installing this system in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region in the near future.
