At the conclusion of Cihan University-Duhok's participation in the international conference entitled "Next-Generation Artificial Intelligence Applications and Development," and upon the kind recommendation of Professor Dr. Zeravan AbdulMuhsen Asaad, President of Cihan University-Duhok, Mr. Bilal Hikmat Rashid, Head of the Computer Science Department, representing the Kurdistan Region of Iraq delegation, delivered the delegation's speech. He expressed his thanks and appreciation for the efforts made by the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Erbil, the conference organizers, and all those involved in the success of its activities.

Cihan University-Duhok emphasized that this participation comes within the framework of strengthening academic and technical cooperation and exchanging expertise in the fields of artificial intelligence and its modern applications, contributing to the development of the education and scientific research sector in the region.
