As BRICS expands to include new countries, it has the potential to reshape international economic power dynamics, offering alternatives to established financial systems and reducing dependence on dominant currencies such as the U.S. dollar. Membership offers countries access to a vast network of resources, markets, and development financing, fostering cooperation across sectors like infrastructure, technology, and sustainable energy. However, challenges remain, including economic and political alignment among members, coordination across diverse regulatory systems, and managing competition within the group. This seminar aims to provide an in-depth analysis of how BRICS membership could enhance global economic stability and inclusion while highlighting the structural adjustments required to overcome potential obstacles. Joining the BRICS group presents substantial opportunities for enhancing global economic stability, fostering cooperation, and reducing dependency on traditional financial systems. While the benefits are significant, challenges such as aligning economic policies and navigating regulatory differences require careful management. Overall, BRICS membership holds the potential to create a more balanced and inclusive global economy, provided that member states effectively address internal and external challenges. , At the end of the symposium a set of questions and answers were raised on this subject
