Today on (May 8, 2023)  in the presence of the head of departments and lecturer a symposium entitled (Hypothesis Testing), was presented by Assist Prof. (Dr. Saad Ahmed ALnuaimi) from the business administration department, Where it has been explained about This chapter deals with the study of the second part of statistical inference, which is hypothesis testing. Where the parameters are tested the specified community is built on
A sample taken from the same community, and we will study how to test hypotheses about the community mean and the community fit p. The methods used about the parameters are of two types, either we make decisions related to the values ​​of the parameters, or we estimate the value of the parameter.

The steps that must be followed in testing hypotheses can be summarized in the following points:
1- Determine the null and alternative hypotheses.
2 - Choose the appropriate distribution.
3 - Determine areas of acceptance and rejection.
4- Choosing the appropriate statistical measure.
5- Make a decision according to the test result.
