A symposium entitled: Class Observation
Today on (Nov 12, 2022) in the presence of the head of departments and lecturer a symposium entitled (Class Observation ), was presented by the Assistant Lecturer (Mr. Mohamed Muayad Yousif ) from the English department , Where it has been explained about Classroom observation is a significant technique toward the development of teaching and learning process for instructors and students, as well as exchanging teaching experiences academically and pedagogically. This process will welcome experienced teachers, department heads, and school management staff who wish to build a strong school culture where teachers collaborate, visit each other’s lessons for mutual learning and development. Moreover, classroom observation is based on a constructive and objective feedback which determines the positive and negative aspects of the class. To conclude, class observation can be a tool to make a better teaching environment in which the teachers collaborate with each other in order to avoid making mistakes and develop the teaching process. At the end of the symposium a set of questions and answers were raised on this subject
