Continuing the course of Cihan school  in (19^th June 2022) Cihan Educational agency is proud to announce that after two weeks of strengthening courses and the duration of each session was for 3 hours, a number of various topics were discussed, a lecture has been conducted by)(Assist Prof. Dr. Newroz Ramdhan Khalil)  the Head of English  language department regarding classroom supervision, and it has been performed as below; Classroom supervision is an important step for teachers and students in the development of teaching and educational process, as well as for exchanging academic learning experiences. This process will welcome experienced teachers, head of departments and members of school managements who want to build a strong culture so that teachers and teaching staff can visit each other’s classrooms and benefit from each other. Also, classroom monitoring is conducted through active and constructive feedback to identify positive and negative points in each classroom.
