On (14/4/2022) a delegation from Cihan University-Duhok participated in the closing ceremony of the program:

Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program-IYLEP

The program was held at the Student Center of Duhok University in the presence of the US Assistant Deputy Secretary of State, the US Consul in Erbil, several university presidents, diplomats, teachers, students, and educational organizations. Every year, more than hundreds of people from the Kurdistan Region and Iraq apply, and only 100 people are selected. Three of them from Duhok province who participated under the name of (Future Leaders Program) were evaluated and identified as one of the programs after 5 months of work and conducting activities and opening training courses and educating youth and future leaders. Several students from Cihan University-Duhok and the universities of Duhok province also participated in the training courses. Finally, certificates of participation were distributed and (19) students from Duhok universities participated in the trainer program (Ninus Odisho) student of Cihan University-Duhok.
