On January 27 (Tuesday), the Cihan Academy-Duhok, in cooperation with the College of Law at Cihan University–Duhok, organized a seminar dedicated to the writer "Sherzad Nayif", entitled “A Linguistic Reading of the Kurdistan Flag.” The seminar was held at Cihan University–Duhok, Peshmerga Hall. During the seminar, the lecturer presented an analytical discussion of several key linguistic concepts related to the topic. This was followed by an academic debate in which students and faculty members actively participated, engaging in a scholarly exchange of ideas.
